In the case report by Jankowski et al. entitled “Neuropathy following Axillary Brachial Plexus Block: Is It the Tourniquet? published in the November 2003 issue of the Journal (Anesthesiology 2003; 99:1230–2), the grant statement in the title page footnote on page 1230 incorrectly attributed the support of the Mayo Clinic and Foundation, Rochester, Minnesota, with regard to two of the authors. The correct support statement is: Supported by a grant from the Foundation for Anesthesia Education and Research, Rochester, Minnesota (to Dr. Jankowski); the Mayo Clinic and Foundation, Rochester, Minnesota (to Drs. Jankowski, Keegan, and Bolton); and by the Mayo Clinic and Foundation, Jacksonville, Florida (to Dr. Harrison). The publisher apologizes for this error.
