In the article beginning on page 1425 of the June 2011 issue, the TRPV1 channel clone is falsely qualified as being human. The experiments were performed on the rat clone rather than the human clone of TRPV1.
Although the erratum was submitted by the authors in 2011, there was a delay in publication.
