Neuromuscular and cardiovascular properties of ORG9426
Inst. of Anesthesiology, Univ. of Cologne, W-5000 Köln 41, FRG ORG9426 is a new steroidal non-depolarizing neuromuscular blocking drug currently undergoing phase-II clinical trials. Its onset of action is reported to be shorter than that of other available non-depolarizing agents1. We wanted to establish the ED95 and study neuromuscular (nm) and cardiovascular (cv) effects of ORG9426.
