Few cities in the world represent the richness of cultural diversity better than New Orleans. It is therefore fitting that the Crescent City will host the ANESTHESIOLOGY™ 2014 annual meeting, which is themed “Global Leaders in Outcomes, Education, Safety and Discovery.”
Close collaboration among ASA’s leaders and those from anesthesia societies on every continent has provided ever-expanding opportunities for exchange of ideas between health care leaders who otherwise may have little contact. These inter-national relationships bring value to our annual meeting and will continue to help shape each meeting’s content and focus.
