ASRA’s 40th anniversary celebration started with its Spring Meeting in Las Vegas with a resounding success. We paid homage to all the past presidents of the society and also had a party to celebrate this milestone, which took place at the end of both the spring and fall meetings. The society bestowed the Gaston Labatt Award and the distinguished service award (DSA) during the spring meeting and the John Bonica Award during the fall meeting. John Rowlingson, M.D., received the Gaston Labat Award, and Manbir Batra, M.D., FRCPC, was presented with the DSA. Richard Rosenquist, M.D., was the recipient of the John Bonica Award.
