With more than 30 hands-on workshops at ANESTHESIOLOGY 2017, our attendees will have a wide variety of educational offerings to choose from. Meeting attendees can select hands-on training in ultra-sound-guided regional anesthesia (UGRA), pain management, crisis management and team training, simulation, critical care and more.

These workshops largely simulate procedural environ-ments, and having the appropriate equipment is essential. Companies generously provide equipment both large and small, ranging from ultrasound machines and high-fidelity simulators, to laryngoscopes, needles and other disposable items. ASA partners with different companies from around the world to supply every piece of equipment used at an ANESTHESIOLOGY 2017 hands-on workshop. Without this generous in-kind support and the knowledgeable product representatives that assist our members during the workshop, these workshops would not take place.
