From January 5-7, ASA President Jeffrey S. Plagenhoef, M.D., President-Elect James D. Grant, M.D, First Vice President Linda J. Mason, M.D., ASA CEO Paul Pomerantz and State Affairs staff attended the AMA 2017 State Legislative Strategy Conference in Amelia Island, Florida. The conference provides the opportunity for key physicians and staff from state and specialty medical associations across the nation to learn about legislative issues of importance to medicine.
