Over the years, the pictures in the Monitor have obviously changed from real anesthesiologists to actors. In the February issue, the picture on page 53 is the worst I have seen. The circuit is not connected to the anesthesia machine, the anesthesiologist is standing in the wrong position, there is no separation between the sterile field and the anesthesia work area, and the monitor and the anesthesia machine are very old. These pictures reduce the credibility of your publication.
