As the COVID-19 pandemic unfolded this past winter, anesthesiologists have worked at the front lines, demonstrating their leadership role in clinical care and COVID-19 research. National anesthesiology societies worldwide have supported their members through information, clinical resources, and learning opportunities. For this annual article, ASA decided to highlight the actions of some of our international anesthesia society partners by asking them to tell us how they have been supporting their members during the pandemic. We thank them for their contributions and efforts to improve global health care during the COVID-19 pandemic.
