Last year, amid the joyous celebrations of two weddings, I had a profound realization that the younger generation, commonly known as “millennials,” holds a sentiment deeply rooted in their mindset. These individuals, burgeoning with the promise of tomorrow, radiate a compelling desire to discover purpose in their professional endeavors. While generational labels are beside the point, their emphasis on purpose-driven work certainly is not.

It made me ponder the necessary changes that need to be embraced for a future aligned with ASA. To create meaningful impact, it is crucial that we embrace the millennial mindset and foster an environment that encourages collaboration, creativity, and adaptability, and fosters a purpose-driven work environment.
