Vasculotide phosphorylates the Tie2 receptor in rat glomerular endothelial cells. Rat primary kidney glomerular endothelial cells were stimulated with 10 and 100 ng/ml vasculotide (VT) and as positive control 800 ng/ml human angiopoietin-1 (Ang-1) and normalized for the nontreated (NT) group.
