Raman spectra from dissected tissues experiments were decomposed into the linear superposition of the five basis spectra. Each tissue layer is defined by five fitting coefficients. Every tissue layer from epidermis/dermis to the spinal cord can be clearly differentiated based on the fitting coefficients.
