The typical values of the parameters were calculated with the NPD method and subsequently fixed for calculation of interindividual variability. The baseline value was fixed to the approximate entropy value for awake subjects as indicated in methods. The mean residual error (additive error model) was 0.094 without and 0.064 with accounting for interindividual variability.
