In a matched cohort of patients, the association of sugammadex with composite and individual major pulmonary complications was assessed using multivariable conditional logistic regression adjusting for covariates with residual absolute standardized difference greater than 0.10. The composite pulmonary complication primary outcome included pneumonia, respiratory failure, and other major complications.
